2017 Board of Directors Voting

Dave Landman is a dedicated climber, mountaineer and multi-sport endurance athlete. He has also had
a 30 year career as an investment banker, living for many years in London and New York and traveling
extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the U.S.
As a mountaineer, Dave has climbed five of the Seven Summits, most recently Mt. Vinson, and also
climbed Ama Dablam this past year. As an ice and mixed climber he has climbed numerous routes in the
French Alps, Scotland and on Mt Washington. And as a ski mountaineer he has skied the North Face of
Elbrus, routes on Denali and the Haute Route. He is excited to be planning a ski descent of an 8,000 meter peak for
2017. He has also accumulated approximately 1 million feet of vertical while heli skiing in Canada. Dave has also climbed big wall routes on El Capitan and in Zion.
As a passionate triathlete, Dave is a 5-time Ironman triathlete, has competed in numerous national and world triathlon championships, and has been ranked as an All American by the USA Triathlon Association.
He has run over 10 marathons including numerous Boston Marathons. He is also a four-time top 3
finisher of the Empire State Building Run Up.
Professionally, Dave was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley for 20 years and a founding partner of
Perella Weinberg Partners, an independent investment bank, where he is currently a Senior Adviser. He
received a JD/MBA degree from the University of Chicago, and is admitted to the New York and
He is a member of the Advisory Council of the Challenged Athlete Foundation. Dave has two sons who
climb and compete actively. His son Tyler is a regular competitor on the World Cup circuit and is a
multiple national British champion. Dave and his wife Marian, a registered nurse, live in Steamboat Springs and in Denver, where they are thrilled to have recently moved.
