Q: How do I join or renew?

Q: How do I log in to access my account?
A: Visit the AAC membership log-in page. Your username is your on-file email address, and your password was sent to that account at time of joining.
If you’re having trouble finding the email containing your temporary password, check your spam folder. If you’ve followed these steps with no success, give us a call during business hours at (303) 384-0110 or email [email protected] and we’ll get you squared away!

Q: How can I connect with other AAC members?
A: There are many ways! Log in to your online profile and access Member Share or join us at an event near you. Click on "Community" in the top navigation of the website to find events or more infomation about how to get involved with your local region.

Q: How do I use the AAC electronic library book search?
A: Log in to your online profile and then click the Library box halfway down the page. Please call us at (303) 384-0112 if you need further assistance.

Q: How do I access my gear discounts?
A: Log in to your online profile and then click on the Discounts box to access your exclusive AAC member codes. Having trouble? Please call us at (303) 384-0110 if you need further assistance.

Q: How do I access my Patagonia discount?
A: Log in to your online profile and then click on the Discounts box to access your exclusive 20% off Patagonia link. Click on the link, create or login to your Patagonia account, and begin shopping. The discount should apply to the item in your shopping cart.
Some exclusions do apply: Online Orders only, Not eligible for other discounted items, sales, pro offers and certain products (Pow Slayer, Untracked, Primo Down, Outside Vendor products and their new Workwear line) are not included.
Q: When will I receive my AAC membership card?
A: Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your physical card, which you can use for discounted or free access to events, gyms, guide services, and more. Need proof of membership sooner? Log in , click Profile in the top navigation, and then click the “Membership Card” link on the right side of the page. This will open a pdf version of your member card.

Q: How do I get reimbursed for rescue services?
A: In an emergency, call the Global Rescue hotline as soon as possible: (617) 459-4200. In the event that you paid out of pocket for rescue services in the United States, file a reimbursement request within 60 days of the rescue by calling (303) 384-0110 or emailing .
